This is an urgent request, I have added my colleague, Sing Yang, as a sub user and he authorized payment for the Bronze Package. However, the form has not been updated. Is there a step that I am missing? Please help, the contact us form on the website cannot go down for a prolonged period of time.

I'm sorry, but upgrading the sub-account user won't upgrade the main account. The upgrade should have been made to your account which is the main one. I have refunded the payment. Expect the refund returned to the card within 4-10 business days.
You have to correct this by upgrading your account. Unfortunately, we can't transfer the subscription so you need to do it by your self.
