Encrypted Forms: Where to find private key file?

    We submitted our newly created form to ourselves to test it out and it's encrypted and is asking us for a "private Key" Can someone help me find our private key ?

    The private key is usually named jotform.key and downloaded when you enable the Form Encryption.

    We do not store the private keys, so you may try to locate it on your computer from which the form encryption was enabled.

    Alternatively, you may consider re-doing the encryption keys in order to download a new private key. To do this, turn off the form encryption, and then turn it on back with the 'Create encryption keys for me' option.

    * Note that new private key will not decrypt form entries encrypted with the old private key.
