We have multiple JotForms created within our account which have been working fine. Until today clients are receiving email responders, however we're not receiving any email notifications?
We have the correct email address assigned and nothing has changed.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I was not able to find embedded form on website you provided. However I have checked email address of your account and I saw that your email address is in bounce list. Our system gave following result:
firstname.lastname@example.org is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp; 554 Transaction failed
I have now removed it from our bounce list and it should be working fine now.
You can follow this guide on how to check and remove the email from bounce list.
Also you should Whitelist JotMails IP Addresses.
Please test your form and check if you are receiving submissions now.
