I have been working for 3 hours on a form, that I have been saving and previewing, but now all that work is gone.

Firstly, please check your JotForm by opening it in a private/incognito window to see if the changes are reflecting. If that doesn't help you may restore the form to an earlier version by using the Form revision history. All the changes of your JotForm are recorded and stored in the Form revision history for each save. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with restoring the form.
