"Authentication/Authorization Failed" error message? shown for PayPal Pro

    Several people are receiving the error message below when they try to submit this form: https://form.jotform.com/53405160767152

     

    Can you please advise what may be causing this?

    Authentication/Authorization Failed

    The error can mean quite a few different cases, but PayPal does not provide enough details as to what is the exact cause due to security reasons.

    To resolve this it is best to contact PayPal and let them know that you are getting the error above when trying to use "PayPal Pro".

    They would be able to give you more details as to why it is happening, but I do suggest telling them the details that you have used in PayPal pro so that they can check against the same.
