Form Limits: Why submissions limit is always being set to 1,000 by default even when I changed it?Asked by SWCC-CE on April 18, 2016 at 04:51 PM
It appears to be stuck on 1000 submissions. Once I got it to delete one zero to 100. Then when I tried to adjust it to 25 it adjusted it to 1005. Finally got it back to 1000 but can't get it to change. I have 4 new forms I need to set limits on submissions so it automatically shuts off.
I do not have the form posted yet.
If I can understand you correctly when you try to set a limit it is being changed to other value different than the one that you set, this happens each time that you try to set the limit, you are trying to set the submissions limit to 25, do correct me if I did not understand your concern.
I checked one of your forms https://www.jotform.com/61086899775982 and noticed that the submissions limit currently is 25, here is an image about it:
Seems like you were able to change it, but if you did not, please provide us the links/names of the forms with this issue, we will be glad to check them and find why the limit cannot be changed.
We will wait for your response.
