How Do I Fix This Form Tab Issue?

    Hello...

    Sorry, but I somehow screwed-up a previously working tab, and now can't
    figure out what I did. If you click on it, you'll see what I mean.

    If you would like to undo any change or revert back to another point, you may use the revision history. This contains all modification done to your form.

    You may revert back to the point where all your tabs where working properly.
