Fillable pdf looks ugly - dropdown values are displayed before being entered

I have a form with a 10x6 grid of dropdown menus (each containing game scores 0,1,2..30)

    e.g. I may want to record this score 21-4, 6-21, 21-14

The problem is that the fillable pdf displays the 0,1,2 etc vertically on the form before any data is recorded

Once the data is entered, the form looks ok

Is there a way to prevent this initial ugly appearance?

Apologies for the inconvenience. I cannot seem to replicate the issue that you are having. I cloned your form and created a fillable PDF. The dropdown displays correctly, and the options only appear when I click that dropdown field.

Are you still encountering the issue? If you are, please try clearing the form cache then create a new Fillable PDF. Here's how: How to Clear Your Form Cache?
