paypal entegrationAsked by dakam on April 19, 2016 at 05:01 AM
I have built a registration form which includes category, hotels, room type and touristic tours. When a user fill all choices, form calculates the total cost.
At this step I would like to demand this amount of cost by PayPal.
However, when I add the PayPal payment instrument in my form system requires a product name and constant product price in PayPal interface. But my total cost is not constant, it changes according to users choices.
Could you please inform me about how I can manage this issue?
Thank you very much for your support.
Since purchases from your form depend on the variability of options, you either can create all the possible combinations and put it into one product to create a product value with the amount conforming to the listed options.
Or, you can use the calculation widget. create conditions with selected values for each selected item, and then assign the total amount in a custom amount payments field/donation text box. If you prefer this concept, this user guide will walk you through on how to pass calculations to the payment field such as Paypal.
Basically, the idea is setting conditions from a list of options in your form and then assigning the value in Collect Donations/Custom Amount Payments option in your Paypal payment tool wizard.
