Using the language tool to make the form cleaner

I want to put some questions into a foreign language to help our different nationality of clients.  however, it looks untidy.  See picture.  I would ideally like a line asking the question in English, one line in chinese and one in korean.  Is this possible?

You are right, the form doesn't look good if there is a different language below the question label. I would recommend you using the Language Tool instead so that your form will look cleaner. Please check this guide: How-to-translate-your-forms-to-different-languages
