Page 21, field 93"Is your financial institution accepted by UKVI" has the condition to skip to page 48 if the answer "no" is selected. However, it even skips to page 48 if the answer "yes" is selected, although I cannot see that there is a condition which should activate this action. Instead, the user should simply go to the next page, ie page 22. Could you please tell me what I am doing wrong? Thank you
I did check your form and found that you also have a condition where if the "Is your financial institution accepted by UKVI" answer is "Yes", it skips to page 48. Please check the screenshot below:
Please remove this specific rule from your condition and that should solve your problem.
