Running out of spaceAsked by kbrock22 on April 19, 2016 at 08:02 AM
Hello - I have the free account right now but its saying I'm almost out of space and also our forms aren't showing. I deleted off 900 emails that had been saved in our account - so I thought I would have had more space. Maybe I'm not understanding how the space works - can you let me know? Thank you!
The limit for storage for free account is 100.00 MB.
Since your account is currently at 114.93 MB of usage space it means that you are over the limit.
Now it does not matter how many submissions you have removed, it is important to remove the ones with the file attachments since these are the ones that take your space.
So if you had 900 submissions that are just text only, they would not take any amount of space, but if you had 10 submissions with 10 MB files attached, it would mean that you would have removed 100MB of usage.
Hope this helps, and please do let us know if you have any additional questions and we would be happy to assist.
