My form isn't available even though I've published it

It's the LTEF Grant application - I published it but it's still not letting me preview it or allow people to enter info.

What did I forget to do?

As far as I understand from your thread, you published your form on your website. However, your customers are not able to fill your form. Could you please indicate the URL of your page? This will help us better analyze the problem. We will wait for your response.
