Can I create a dropdown menu to connect to responsive emails?

Hi there,

I would like to create a form which at the end the person who fills out the form would also get a copy.

But I would not like them to write their email each time, I was hoping if possible to have a drop down menu with the emails and once they choose their desired email, the copy would go to that specific email that has been selected.

Also if this is possible, is there anyway that I could have just their Names within the drop down menu but once they select their name, it would go to their email?

For eg. 

Drop down menu:

Select: Bob

but then the email would go to: Bob@email.com

as email can be very lengthy within the drop down menu

This will be a big help within my company and I would appreciate any help :)
