I CLICK ON TRASH AND THE BUTTONS FOR THE TRASH FOLDER LOAD BUT THE JOBS STAY THE SAME (EXACTLY LIKE ARCHIVE FOLDER) AT THIS RATE WE WON'T BE ABLE TO ACCESS ANY¬†FOLDERS BY THE END OF THE YEAR.
I ACCIDENTLY DELETED 2 FILES AND NEED THEM RESTORING, CAN YOU HELP?

I took a look at your account and I see different listings on each folders.
Could you please give us the name of the forms that you wish to restore (or the IDs - preferable)? We would then look for the same and restore them from the trash for you.
I do suggest removing the forms from the trash permanently - the ones that you do not need - by purging them. That will allow you to have lower number of forms to load and find the same with more ease in case they are mistakenly deleted.

We must change the title as per the understanding of the issue. I understand now that the issue is that you can not list the form in neither Archive nor trash Folders.
I am able to see them, but it does not seem to work properly.
For this reason I will raise this to our developers.
Just to mention, I have restored the forms you have mentioned in your account, but we will keep you updated about the issue listing forms here.

IS ANYTHING HAPPENING WITH THIS QUERY YET? IT'S BEEN 3 MONTHS NOW, WE CAN'T USE THE ARCHIVE FOLDER ANYMORE AND OUR TRASH FOLDER MUST BE OVERFLOWING BY NOW. THE WHOLE SYSTEM IS TEMPERAMENTAL AT BEST AND WE ARE PAYING TO USE IT. PLEASE TELL ME SOMETHING IS BEING DONE.

The problem you were having has now been fixed and I have gone ahead and restored those 2 forms for you from your trash folder.

THIS PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN FIXED.
I STILL CANNOT SEE THE FORMS THAT ARE ACTUALLY IN THE TRASH OR ARCHIVE FOLDERS. THE CORRECT OPTIONS ARE SHOWN AT THE TOP OF THE SECTION BUT THE FORMS DISPLAYED ARE NOT THE ONES THAT ARE REALLY IN THERE

I have reviewed your form as before. When reviewing your TRASH bin, I am able to view the following list of forms.¬†You are indicating that¬†there should be other forms instead the once displayed.
I have forward the request to our dev team so they can review it again and see¬†what they can do to display the proper forms in the archive and trash bin.

THIS HAS BEEN AN ISSUE SINCE THE BEGINNING OF MARCH. AND EVERY TIME A NEW JOTFORM SUPPORT MEMBER LOOKS AT THIS THEY TELL ME IT'S FIXED. WE ARE STRUGGLING TO WORK LIKE THIS, BECAUSE WE CANNOT DELETE FORMS FULLY FROM OUR ACCOUNT OTHER ASPECTS ARE NOT WORKING PROPERLY. This is getting critical now, we are struggling to receive submissions but I can't purge the trash or delete some forms out of 'may2016' folder because I can't get it to show the correct forms in these folders. ¬†Is there a number we can call to discuss our account at all please
