I am trying to cancel my account, and downgrade from premium to free. I keep getting error messages!

If you dont mind, may I ask why you want to cancel your account? Would be nice if you can send us screenshots of the error messages you are getting so we can further check.

Goodnews! Nothing to worry anymore. We already cancelled your subscription for you.You will not be charged again. Your account will stay Premium until the paid period experies which is on March 25, 2012.
Your forms and data will not be affected in any way when your account downgraded to a free one.
