Sending people who fill out the form a copy of their submission

    HI:

    A couple questions:

First off- love this service! Thank you!

Second- if someone fills out one of my forms, is there a way for them to receive a copy of what is sent to me automatically? I can always forward the email I receive from you, but if there is a way to automate this, that would be great.

Third- I have some agreement forms that my clients sign- I would like the form to electronically print all the text - basically the entire form instead of just the fields they filled in. Since it is a contract, I'd like for them to have a copy of the contract with their fields filled in.

Lastly - I have used one of your templates (massage therapy) and everytime I get a submission on that form it says "massage therapy intake form". Is there anyway to change that? Or do I just need to create a blank form from scratch.

    Thank you so much!!

    Pam

I'm glad to hear that you are loving our form builder and service :)

Regarding you questions, you can directly send an email alert to the person who filled out your form based on an email field by setting up an autoresponder. Here's a guide about it: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder. By default, the email template of the autoresponder is the same with the notifier, which is a copy of the submission data sent.

For the 3rd and 4th question, I went ahead and opened separate threads for them. Please refer to the following links:
