Disabled After Upgrade?

    We received a notice yesterday that our account was reaching its quota, so we upgraded, and this morning received a notice that our account was disabled AFTER WE UPGRADED, after "reaching our limit."

    I need this taken care of ASAP, as the form we're utilizing is very important, and this has been a ridiculous experience.
