I need each question in configurable list to appear when user submits the form and

I need each question to be a column in excel when results are exported.  Is this possible?

I'm not sure if I understand your question correctly. Do you mean to display each question separately from the configurable list when the user submits the form? Since each question will be having multiple answers(rows), how do you want to display them?

Please provide us with more information with your requirement so that we can forward the request to our backend team to evaluate it.

Your other question is moved to a separate thread which shall be answered shortly.

I would like each question/topic to be heading of two columns with each answer in each column.  I need to be able to do analytics on this once submitted.

    Also

when the form is submitted in the email it does not include the questions. See the questions do not appear.

I think I'm not clear with my question. Sorry about that. The feature request to have separate columns for each question in the excel report is forwarded to our backend team for evaluation on the other thread.

For this issue, please let us know if you are looking to display these questions in the Thank you page or in the email?

Your other question related to displaying questions in the email is moved to a separate thread.
