Print the contract form as it is?

Third- I have some agreement forms that my clients sign- I would like the form to electronically print all the text - basically the entire form instead of just the fields they filled in. Since it is a contract, I'd like for them to have a copy of the contract template with their fields filled in.

There are different approaches on this. Here are my proposed solutions:

Solution 1: printing the form as it is but with the form fields filled out:

Solution 1.1: This should be possible if you'll add a "Print" button in your form, that allows your user to print the form and save it as a PDF so that they can have a hard copy of it. Here's a guide about the print buttons: https://www.jotform.com/help/24-Print-Button-on-Forms

Solution 1.2: If you want to print existing submissions just the way how the form looks like, then you can following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/335-How-to-Print-the-Form-with-the-Users-Data

Solution 2: Downloading the PDF submission

Solution 2.1: you can download your submissions as PDF, you can also add a download link for the PDF submission in your email notification/autoresponder.

Now the default PDF layout on this does not show the headers or other static text on your submission, only inputs and the label names, but you can simply display them by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/305-How-to-show-headers-or-text-for-contracts-terms-agreements-in-the-PDF-format-of-a-submission. You just need to enable the "Show headers and Text" option in your submissions' page setting.

Solution 2.2: You can edit the default PDF layout of the PDF submission. Under the "Get PDF" button in your submissions page, you'll see the following options:

If you click the "Customize PDF" option, it will allow you to create a PDF layout for your PDF submissions. However, please note that it will be similar to a paper print layout. This means that the layout will not adjust based on the contents of the submission. It will be fixed.

I hope the solutions above will help you proceed.
