Now the issue is very serious.  Our email signatures have a hypertext link to one of your response forms and now every email being sent is being blocked.

PLEASE TREAT THE ISSUE AS VERY URGENT!

First ESET and now and now https://spamrl.com - we have a serious problem and just as I was about to launch our initiatives into the National structure.  Please respond asap as the common thread is jotform (eset phishing and not spam blocking).  Take out the Jotform form and the mail gets sent fine. Send with Jotform link included and whammo - all retured.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I have review some of the email notifications and they all seem fine. I also did not fine the email indicated in our bounce list.

Can you please contact your email provider and ask them to add our IP whitelist

    Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses

Hopefully adding our IP, will eliminate the problem.

The listing is from spamrl.com and not by my ISP.  There lists are updated by this organisation.  Coupled with the issue previously identified with ESET Antivirus, the problem is not on "my" side but with these international listings as links that include jotform.com.

Every time we distribute forms, it would be a huge problem to tell people that they must "whitelist" Jotform or they must disable their phishing filters.

Question, assuming that Jotform itself is not involved in spamming or being complicent in phishing attacks, then your forms are being used for these purposes by your licencees and because tht Forms and backends are being hosted on your servers, you are getting listed which is now a huge problem for me, as a Licensee.

This could not have happened at a worse time as I have just completed a lengthy trial phase of certain uses of Jotform and am just about to present the info modality to my Provincial and National Management with a view to integrating the systems, using your platform, into our whole organisation.  These issues are precluding that decision until resolved.

If I understand correctly, the issue occurs when you have a form.jotformpro.com/xxxx link in your email signature?

If that is so, can you please try modifying your email signature and use this URL instead form.jotform.com/xxxx? Simply remove the pro from jotformpro.com.

Please let us know if the issue persists.
    Regards.

Just tried the adress alteration and it seems to work.  Will advise as I send more emails .

What is the outcome of the negotiations with ESET (NOD32 Smartsuite) about the phishing blocking?

I am glad to know that the the new address is now working. There is currently no news about the ESET blocking. For further updates in that regard, please check the other thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/820545.

If you encounter the issue again, do let us know.
    Regards.
