Submitting form shows thank you page hosted on our website and redirects after 2 seconds

Hi!

We have a custom thank you page hosted on our website, and implemented into our jotform. However, after the form has been submitted, the thank you page only displays for a couple of seconds and then instantly redirects to the previous page. Any thoughts on this?

I took a look at your website and I see that you have embedded this form: https://form.jotform.com/61094760230146 on the same.

Now I have tried to submit it and I see that I am taken to here: https://boneyard-pets-wholesale.myshopify.com/pages/thank-you

from where I am taken to the login page just few seconds afterwards.

What actually happens is that Shopify is detecting the page being locked for public and asks me to come in and login in order to see it.

To resolve this you would need to change the settings in your Shopify page to not do the same (to be a public page).
