I wand to use the "notification" to send each user a different set of documents, but they can only download it after they have agreed with the terms.

So I created a field (linkReport} where I paste fore each user the appropriate report. In this filed has the report/file URL at dropbox that wil be exclusively for each user.

Using a text area I put the a instruction so the user can click to accept the terms and open this text area to show the {linkReport} with the URL. How can I make this clicable?

    Regards.

If I understood you correctly you want to send your user user a different set of documents, that they will be able to download only if they have agreed with your terms.

I have inspected your form http://www.jotformz.com/form/60605226699664 and I saw that you have created multiple email Notification.

If you want that each user receive different set of documents, then inside of each email for specific user you can add links of documents for that user.

Add title of your document select it, click on Insert/Edit link option and enter the URL of your document.

This way you will make your documents clickable inside of email notification.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

Dear BJoanna, we are almost there.

Your suggestion is great. I need now to be able to insert the variable {atalhoCert} into the URL field you mention above.

Using the var {atalhoCert} directly in a text area won't produce a clicable URL. And if I insert the var {atalhoCert} into the field you suggested it won't work either.

Unfortunately variables that are added inside of URL Insert Link option inside of email Notifications will not be resolved.

Only actual URL link can be added inside of URL  Insert Link option. So I would suggest you to add links of your documents inside of your email Notifications instead.

It seems that your last post is not shown here on forum, so I will quote you're reply form email that I received.

"Well, if there is no option nor a widget for that, solved it is: I will have to use: not hidden fild, but read only. Tks and regards."

I hope that you will be to resolve you issue with read only fields.
