How to receive a monthly summary of who has or hasn't yet filled out a form?

I'm looking for a form solution for a nonprofit who has a list of X agencies they receive reports from every month. Do you have the ability for the admin of the nonprofit to receive a notification at the end of the month of who has not yet filled out the form? thanks!

Our notification system is built such that it sends an email notification as soon as a form submission is made, and for this to happen you can simply set up an email notification on your form:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

This will alert you of any submission made on that form, but you would have to go through the emails manually and see which department hasn't yet submitted the form that month.

In order to receive your emails once a month, you may want to instead use one of the apps that are built around our API, such as our Daily Digest app:

    http://digest.jotform.io/

It can be configured to send a "digest" of all submissions made on a form, and you can set it up to be sent daily, weekly, or monthly. Both of these methods will be notifying you of who has submitted the form so far, rather than working as a "countdown" and displaying a list of who hasn't yet submitted the form.

Please let us know if this will work to your satisfaction, or if you need any further assistance, and we'll be happy to help.

Ok, so this is almost a complete solution. Is there anyway to tell my form that this form can be filled out by this predefined list of people? And then in the report, digest, or whatever thing is able to do this, say here is your list you made the form available to and these X number of people have not completed it?

If not, is there at least a way to predefine who the list is open to?

I'm not sure if this is possible or if this may work as you need, first you are able to share the form with your list, you may sent the link via email and your user will decide if he submits the form or not, though there is not a tool that will give you the exact data about who submitted and who did not the form, you can get how many times the form was only viewed, to know this you will need to open the form in our Form Analytics tool, here is a link about it: https://www.jotform.com/blog/150-Introducing-Form-Analytics

Although this will not provide you with the exact info, for example, the email or name who did not submit the form, you will have at least the number of times that this was only viewed.

Take a look and let us know if it helps.
