Google Spreadsheet: Why the integration is not always sending submitted data to the spreadsheet?

Why does my data NOT CONSISTENTLY integrating on the google sheet?

It is a lot of work to remove the integration all the time, and redo the integration.

Please do note that making any change on the spreadsheet may brake the integration, you should leave the spreadsheet as it is when you integrate it your form, make sure that you are not modifying the spreadsheet and if you need to edit it, it would be best to copy and edit the copied version.

I'm not sure if this is possible, but if this still persists, may we have access to your spreadsheet? 

So we will make some tests and see if the submitted data is not sending to your spreadsheet.
