Credit card processing no longer working

    Hi,

    We have multiple forms using the same credit card processing setup which was working up until yesterday but stopped today.  I checked with our cc processor (usaepay being used through authorize emulation) and there is no issue with the account and they are not seeing transactions coming in.

     

    Please help.

    According to the error from your screenshot, it appears that the login credentials is invalid.I also tested the Integration and I was met with the same error.

    Please check your "Authorize.net" account and see if the API credentials are still valid. Make sure that they are not for Sandbox account but for the live and merchant account. Here's a guide from authorize.net that might help: https://support.authorize.net/authkb/index?page=content&id=A405
