How can I allow the auto-complete options to be selected using a mouse?

Asked by dakotaharp on March 06, 2012 at 01:20 PM

There are numerous conditions after the auto-complete sections on our form, and they do not show up after an option is clicked using a mouse on the auto-complete form.  If you try to click an option for product style on our form before you type the entire style, the conditions will not show up.  I need this to either allow us to click the option so it will show the conditions, or not allow us to click the options at all.

    Hi,

I think this has to do with the 'Event' coded to be executed when an item is selected in the 'Product Style' box.

What javascript event is used in your code? Possibly try capturing the onChange event and then execute the code which displays the conditions.

Hope this helps, Let me know how you go..

This issue will have to be reported to the development team.

As a workaround, is it not possible to use a dropdown menu to host your Product Style options?
