Please check your spam-box to see if the emails were sent there.
Furthermore, I also noticed that you are using the same email address as the sender email. Please try using email@example.com to see if that resolves the issue.

I changes to firstname.lastname@example.org
The problem I have there is NO autoresponder email to the person who filled the form. Here I use a test email address email@example.com. Why does firstname.lastname@example.org not receive an autoresponder email after it filled the form?
I checked your form and I noticed that it is encrypted.
This might be the reason why no autoresponder was sent to the specified email address. Please note that this is how encrypted forms are designed. A user will not receive an autoresponder because the submission is encrypted, and only the person who has the encryption key will be able to decrypt and view it.
If you want to send autoresponder emails to your users, I would suggest removing the encryption on your form.
