We believe that if one user has a question, there could be more users who may have the same question. This is why many of our support forum threads are public and available to be searched and viewed. If you’d like help immediately, feel free to search for a similar question, or submit your question or concern.
I checked our mail logs and it seems like the email notifications were sent successfully to this address: info@patient********.net.
Please check your spam-box to see if the emails were sent there.
Furthermore, I also noticed that you are using the same email address as the sender email. Please try using firstname.lastname@example.org to see if that resolves the issue.
If the issue still persists, please let us know.
I changes to email@example.com
The problem I have there is NO autoresponder email to the person who filled the form. Here I use a test email address firstname.lastname@example.org. Why does email@example.com not receive an autoresponder email after it filled the form?
I checked your form and I noticed that it is encrypted.
This might be the reason why no autoresponder was sent to the specified email address. Please note that this is how encrypted forms are designed. A user will not receive an autoresponder because the submission is encrypted, and only the person who has the encryption key will be able to decrypt and view it.
If you want to send autoresponder emails to your users, I would suggest removing the encryption on your form.
