    Hello Tanya,

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly.

Do you mean to ask if the form is saved offline or the submission data you receive in your form?

Please be noted that form is saved online in your JotForm account. Since our forms are online forms, it needs to be online but you can download your form's full source code and save it locally. In this case as well, you need to be online to be able to submit the form. Form's submission data is always saved in your JotForm account. The following guide should help you how to download your form's full source code:  https://www.jotform.com/help/104-How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form

If you wanted to ask about the submission data you receive in your form: Please be noted that you need to be online to be able to submit your form. The submission data is always stored in your JotForm account. If you want you can download your form's submission data. There are multiple options available to download your form's submission data:

#1. Export to excel: You can export your submission records in excel. The following guide should help you: http://www.jotform.com/help/44-How-to-Export-Form-Data-to-Excel

#2. Create excel report: You can create an excel report and the following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/101-How-to-create-an-Excel-Report

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you mean to task something else.

    Thank you!
