    Form not working on any of my sites?

    I use jotform on 4 different sites - and none of them are working!

    It seems you used  1,305 of 1,000 Form view limits.

    Because of that reason, you are getting Form over quota message when you view the form.

    As a free user, you have 1000 Form view limit per month. When you embed your form to your website and viewed by somebody, the counter will increase each time when your form is loaded. To solve that issue, I suggest upgrading your account from pricing page.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. I believe our system sends email reminders when you are near your account limits and when you have finally reached it.
