I have some forms that uses the same field with the same options, I need to update manually one by one everytime we have an update. Is it possible create one field and use them in multiple forms?

    Exemple:

    Form1

    Field: "FILIAL"

     Form2

Instead I create a new field, is it possible create a link to field "City" on Form1? Since I update options in Form1 it will be automatic update of Form2.

Tool JotForm Field Manager App, not solve my problem

Form exemples with field name: "FILIAL", but I have more than 30 forms with this same field and options.

You can create the field inside a separate form then add the form to each individual form separately using Iframe Embed. Once you do this, you will only have one form to edit when modification is needed for that field.

Here is a demo: Iframe Embed Form

    Embedded Form-1

    Embedded Form-2

It is not actually possible to pass the values from the embedded form to the main one. So the information will not get in the email alert unless you the user perform a double submission - submit the embedded form (which will keep the user on the main form) Then submit the whole form.

    See an example here: https://form.jotform.com/61104715310945

Note that those information would be in two different submissions ( two email alert ).
