Choosing hierarchical categories (Checkboxes)

    Hi,

I'm tasked to place in the form a control that gathers hierarchical options, for example: (1) the user is being asked where does he have family relatives in the world: Italy, USA, UK. He can select more than one (2) after choosing he sees and chooses from cities in the countries that he checked in step 1. For example, if he selected USA and UK in step1, then he will see the following cities to choose from: NY, Atalanta,..., London, Manchester...

I assume this can be achieved using chechboxes and conditions (hide/show group of cities) however it might become cumbersome when there are multiple levels. Is there such an hierarchical control that allow to expland/collapse and check boxes? any other idea will be much appreciated

    Best,
    Yonatan Goldberg
