    I did a CRB check with your guy's but never receive my copy

    Can you please send me my copy otherwise I won't be able to work for my company as a driver with UK Express.

    I'm not sure what exactly you are referring to CRB check. Do you mean to fill a form which was built using JotForm and didn't receive the copy of your submission? If so, we request you to check with the form owner or the website where you have filled the form so that they can help you with it.

    CRB is a back ground test.
    But never receive a copy of my back ground test.

    I understand. I'm not able to find any accounts registered with your account. I believe you should be referring to a form which is being managed by one of our users. Unfortunately, we cannot assist you with this issue since the form is associated with some other's account. We would request you to get in touch with UK Express or contact the website where you filled the form. If you can provide us with the form/website URL where you have completed the background test, we'll see what best we can do in this regard.
