    Error 404 when I open the form link

    The following message pops up. I reset the link and it is still happening.

    I've checked the link provided and I am able to access the form without any issue.

    Since you are using the custom URL with your JotForm, any change in the URL would display 404 error indicating the form is not found.

    Please make sure that you are using the complete URL provided in the Publish wizard.

    I can open the form with the URL. It was a link on a web page that this 404 error came up. I remedied it.

    However, on Jotform, when you select the form and then select, "View Form" that same 404 error comes up. I notice it on several of the forms now that I have reviewed more of them. I can "Edit Form" and it opens but when we just click on "View Form" the 404 error occurs.

    I see that your account username was changed from KathiM to USTAPNW with reference to the thread below:

    Since you are using custom URLs it is still using the old username in the URL and causing the issue. Could you try disabling the custom URL once from the Publish wizard and save the form?

    Now, check if the View form option is displaying the form correctly. You may set the custom URL again so that it should be displaying the form correctly.
