    This field can only contain numeric values error message with payment field

    I have had three of my customers call in with the same issue with inputing there credit card's expiration date. When they try to put the month in, a warning pops up and says "This field can only contain numeric values", but there are no numeric value options. Keep in mind that I have received these call's over about a three month period & I have had probably 100 payments that have not had this issue & the payment has gone through fine. Just checking to see if you may have some knowledge of why this is happening so randomly. In terms of my customers with the issue's, two were on a Apple & one on a PC. As I stated earlier about 97% of my customers have had no issue at all, so I would rather keep it how it is than mess them all up, but if there is a quick fix that would be fantastic.

    As I check your JotForm, it seems to be working fine at my end. I've tried testing the form using a test credit card number and see that the payment processing is doing good.

    Since the payment gateway is in Live mode, it didn't accept the test credit card number and displayed the above error message. 

    As I tested it further, it looks like some characters other than numbers (probably a blank space or alphabets or symbol) are being entered in the amount field which is causing the issue.

    In order to prevent this issue, you may add some amount to the Suggested Amount in the Payment wizard so that it will be automatically displayed on the form.

    This exact same problem has been reported to me on a live embedded payment form:


    Also, other successful donation have been entered correctly, but from time to time, a few people are unable to make the form work with the same problem on trying to enter an expiry date.  My customer even advised:

    "Whilst on the phone with him, when I tried to load my details I did not have the same problem, but he tried again and the same problem happened for him."
