Just joined Jotform. Am having troulbe. have created an order form for pizza. I changed it to my email so i could receive the orders, but after clicking the submit button it says "please wait" for a very long time. I checked my email, but received nothing. Can you please help as im considering upgrading my account.

On order forms the email is received only after the payment is completed. If you do not want the user to make a payment, you can use the new "Purchase Order" option. That will simply send an email and will not redirect the user to a payment page.
We have just release a new field type on "Payment Tools". It is called "Purchase Order". It basically allows you to create payment forms without any payment vendor integration. You can use that to accomplishmost of the requests on this thread. Please give it a try.
