I try to use one of my forms and note that all forms are disabled.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience, we have an anti-phishing system that is sensitive when it comes to detecting phishing forms when your form is suspected of any phishing activity, your forms will be marked and that would result to auto-suspension of your account where all of its forms are being disabled. I have checked all your forms and found out that one of your forms were suspected of phishing activity due the a suspicious "word" (Generator or Gerador) being used as that form header. I have whitelisted the form and reactivated your account. You should be able to view all your forms normally like before.
