I am a Premium member now, paid for a full year. If I want to upgrade for 2 months due to a special launch of a product, do I get credit for the Premium fee already paid for the two months and just pay the difference.
What do I have to do to downgrade back to the Premium rate after the 2 months.
I love your product and service, great job.

Yes, we are happy to add however many months of Professional you pay for onto your existing Premium subscription.
To downgrade back to Premium, just let us know here, a few days after the final months' Professional subscription payment has went through and we will cancel the Professional subscription and add the necessary time onto Premium subscription.
