I have already created a contact form, I embedded the code and I tested. I don't receive any email. In jot form there are but are not re-direct in my email address.

Make sure to double check your email if it is the correct one. There should be no problems with using gmail. Make sure to check them on social tabs as well in your gmail inbox.
