    Test email didn't work

    hi there


    our test email didn't work.  It didn't send the info to the email I asked it to. It did however send it to the inbox on jotform

    Did you change the recipient of the notifier/notification and it is now not similar to the email address of your Jotform account? If so, then "Test mail" would not work. Please be advised that "Test mail" would send an email to the email address on your Jotform account. If it is a different recipient already, I would suggest you just try to make a test submission (Fill up your form and then make a submission).
