I need to collect data from a form, then bring that data into a database via Microsoft Access. This needs to happen automatically every time anyone fills out a form. Where is the data normally stored and in what format and how do you access it? What means do we have to push that data out once a form is submitted?

You can send the database from your submission to a database, but this data will need to be handled with PHP, here are some guides that will help you to get the submitted data from a form via the POST method.

Here is also a link that will help you to manage your data from PHP to Access: http://www.sitepoint.com/using-an-access-database-with-php/.
Hope this helps.
