Hello! I need to make a sign up sheet where volunteers can go to it and see who has already signed up

Usually we use Sign Up Genius but if there is a way to do this using jotform, that would be preferable. We need to be able to have folks sign up for various events but also see who is already signed up for an event when they get to the online sign up sheet.

If you are trying to create a sign-up or login form, this is unfortunately not possible with JotForm.  Since the forms cannot query outside sources, the forms would simply collect usernames and passwords, which is against our terms of use. You can setup a form to collect details such as name, address, email address and other non-sensitive information.

However, you can see who visit and filled your form with the Get referer widget. If you have any question or issues, please do not hesitate contacting us. We will be glad to assist you.
