Hello! I need to make a sign up sheet where volunteers can go to it and see who has already signed upAsked by sarawoodmont on April 21, 2016 at 07:28 AM
Usually we use Sign Up Genius but if there is a way to do this using jotform, that would be preferable. We need to be able to have folks sign up for various events but also see who is already signed up for an event when they get to the online sign up sheet.
However, you can see who visit and filled your form with the Get referer widget. If you have any question or issues, please do not hesitate contacting us. We will be glad to assist you.
This is what I gathered from your post:
You wanted a volunteer signup sheet template that will allow individuals to signup to events that they want to volunteer and also have a way of seeing who are currently signed-up?
If this is correct, JotForm has the ability to do all those. They have widgets that can help you plot all the events by date and also allocate a specific number of people needed for each event (fig. 1). I only used the bare-minimum of fields for this demo.
The HTML Table Listing Report (fig. 2) will be automatically populated with all of the info given by your volunteers (you can control what info to share or display [name, event(s), phone #, email] to maintain privacy). You can also sort each column in ascending or descending order. The HTML Table Listing Report is just 1 of the reports you can use to display form submissions. You can learn more about other options here.
Here's the demo form & the HTML Table Listing demo Report in 1 webpage.
Hope this helps.
