How can I set-up different maximum limit of attendees for individual classes with an active counter?

The form I created last year, url is below, I used a widget.  I was able to assign each class a maximum number of attendees and then the form showed the available slots and then became unavailable when the limit was reached. I and others did alot of testing and it seemed to work fine.  But after we went live and we had alot of registrations, I had to change some of the class maximums, delete duplicates.  Then the counters/widget just didn't work.  We were at crunch time so I manually went into the program and kept adjusting the numbers within the widget so the form would show the correct amount.  I also had to change the programming to zero out individual classes.

Soo.... what I need is a way to assign individual maximum attendance number to individual classes, have it keep track, and have the ability to change the maximums and the widget to keep working correctly even though changes are made and individual registrations are deleted.

How do I delete individual registrations that are duplicates and have the widget reflect this correctly?

    Thank you!

The widgets should be working normally with the counter when a submission is made. But, if a submission is deleted the counter of the widget cannot be changed automatically. In order to change the number of the widget, it is required to update the number manually from the form.

Following are the few widgets that can help you manage multiple items.

If you are receiving duplicate submissions for your users, you may consider enabling the form limits based on the email address/IP address, etc to restrict to one submission. Please refer to the guide below that might help with:
