    Hi,

Can you set up automatic reminders for users who haven't filled in your form i.e. you can set a deadline for the jotform to be filled in and there are automatic reminder emails set up to ensure that the customer is prompted to input information?

    Thanks,

    James

Not quite sure if I understood your concern correctly, first we'll need to get the email address of the user to remind them, but that's only possible if they fill out a form asking them about their email address.

Perhaps you could share to us how your process flow works? What does your users first do? Do you have an initial form of some sort?

We do not have a feature that sends reminder to users, however, we do have integration to email system like MailChimp, I believe they have a feature that allows you to schedule emails to be sent on specific date and time.

You can see other email app integrations on this link: https://apps.jotform.com/category/emailling

    I hope that helps.

Good News. This feature is available now. You can check the further details on the following user guide:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/541-How-to-Set-Reminder-Emails-for-Your-Forms

However, this feature does not check if the recipient fills the form or not. If the recipient fills your form and if you do not want that recipient to receive reminder email, you need to delete that recipient from the setting.

Feel free to let us know if you have further details.
