Why my forms are disabled?

Hello, all of my forms are disabled. Any way to get these back?

Your forms were disabled because your account was auto suspended because of our anti-phishing software. I checked your account  reviewed your forms and confirmed that they are not used for phishing activities so I whitelisted them and reactivated your account.
