Form not submitting - double required Terms & Conditions Widget

    Hi Jamie,

     

    I have tried on different computers to submit my Hold request, but I keep getting error messages.

    I would like to put a hold on for the summer, beginning in May.

    I agree to the $25 hold fee

    It looks like the problem is the Terms & Conditions Widget set as required. This widget is already required by default, turning required on for it again from Builder menu can prevent the form from submitting.
