Our form is loading extremely slow - any ideas?

We have our YMCA summer day camp registration online. Several members have commented on how slowly the form is filling or how they are unable to click on checkboxes in order to advance. Any ideas on what might be causing this?

I took a look at your form and I see that you have 1668 fields on the same, including widgets.

Such form is quite big and not something that I would recommend using.

In my own opinion, the forms that are 100 or more fields are already too large and are likely to experience some issues, but with over 1600 fields, it means that there are too many things that need to be loaded and updated.

What I would suggest is to break the form into multiple single forms, or alternatively, to see if you can replace some widgets with a field or two, allowing you to have less load on your form.
