Months ago we had an issue with an individual registering/paying and I thought it had been resolved, but I just received notice from someone last night having issues trying to register with our earlybird discount. I'm not sure what type of notice they received, if anything at all, but I know on my end I received no notification that she had registered which tells me it wasn't successful. Is it a problem with our Paypal integration? Could you please look into what the problem might be with our account? Thank you.

I see that there are multiple forms with payment integration in your account and I'm not sure which form you're referring to. We didn't see any issue with the PayPal integration in the recent and it seems to be working fine. If the payment is not completed, emails will not be sent unless Pending Payment Email is selected from the Payment field properties.
You may see the incomplete payment submissions from the submission view. Please refer to the FAQs of incomplete payments that provide you with more information.
