    Hi Yvonne,

    Was some change done to code on your web after you embed the form in your website?

    Maybe try a fresh embed to your website, after clearing your browser cache, cookies, temp files..

    Let me know how you go

    Hello and greetings!

    whenever you want to add a form into a website , please click on the Set up & Embed tab, then click on the Embed form icon (blue one)  while being on the edit mode of your form. Then choose  the Embed icon  , copy it and past it  into your html source page. If it doesn´t work , then try by choosing the iframe code.

    I tested the form on your website, however it returns as invalid with the error "form id did not match". May I ask if this form is created with Jotform?

    For a detailed instruction on how to embed the form on your website, please check this tutorial:

    Hope that helps :)

    @ Yvonne,

    Make sure not to alter important parts of the codes after generating it in Jotform. To Isolate the issue, recopy and paste the original code and replace the non-working one. Otherwise, as stated above you can try the iFrame version.

    @Yvonne

    Obviously, the forms in your website are not created with JotForm. We're sorry to say this but we cannot provide support to queries not related to our product/service. Try searching for more information on Google, or ask for help from your hosting/website provider's support department.

    If you're intereseted, you may as well sign up for a free JotForm account and use our form builder to create forms for your website. JotForm is the easiest form builder to use and we provide free, awesome support, too. I am pretty sure you'll love JotForm!

    Our service is free for the first 100 form submissions in a month. Check out our pricing page for more information on this.

    You can also use the cloning feature on the new form wizard to recreate your form on jotform.
