How can I have an identifier in the form and pass it to authorize.net?

We are trying to have a generic payment form for a few different classes.  We would like for there to be some identifier on the payment from that comes through Authorize it net.  If I do an individual form, I know I can name it like Swim Lessons.  Is there a way to have a check box or something on the Payment area itself to identify a class - Lifeguard Class, Swim Lessons, or Pool Parties?

As far as I understand the inquiry, you would like to pass that identifier to Authorize.net? I don't think we have this option so a workaround would be to collate the data from the form and the payment from your authorize.net account. You should be able to see the names. Otherwise, you can just configure the three classes as product options.
